Unable to connect to my work VPN

So my work VPN stopped working, was fine for months before and now after no changes my end and tested every living matter on the planet this end, after proving my work VPN does work fine connecting via a Mobile Hotspot and the Company office network other than Talk Talk network, nobody at Talk Talks believes me and blames my end equipment.  Spoken to IT experts at work and it would seem, the problem is GRE being disabled at the Talk Talk far end devices.  GRE is Generic Routing Encapsulation protocol.  At some point during a upgrade with the ISP network, this protocol has been disabled and for my work laptop to connect to this VPN, the GRE needs re-provisioning.  Has any one else out there had the same issue?

Hi @Richardrst

Our Devices Team have asked the below questions:

What steps have been taken to ensure this is not an IT issue?
Developer/SW version of the VPN?
Please share some screenshots etc
