The connection has been down since Wednesday of last week (now is 6 days) and I noticed on that day that I couldn't also log into my account. It tells me "Sorry - for technical or security reasons we cannot log you in. Please refresh and try again." but nothing seems to work (refreshing or resetting password). How can I speak to someone?
