Unable to upgrade broadband speeds

I switched from Virgin to TalkTalk about 8 months ago. I had 1GIG with Virgin but thought I would be okay with 150 from TalkTalk. I am not, I want to upgrade my speed but it does not let me online. When I speak to chat they say issue with account they will fix it and check back in 24 hours. When I call they say the same thing. 3 Months later and still the same. I have called and use webchat probably once a week for last 3 months to no avail.

 

Can anyone help please

Thank you for your patience regarding your internet speed upgrade. We understand there’s a persistent issue with your account preventing the upgrade. Please use the help link provided by Ferguson and contact our Better Value team at 0345 172 0088 during the following hours:

  • Monday to Friday: 9am - 7pm
  • Saturday: 9am - 6pm
  • Sunday: Closed

They can assist you with upgrading your package. You have two options available: Fibre 500 Data Only and Fibre 900 Data Only. Alternatively, you can reach out to the Full Fibre team for further checks. If you need more assistance, feel free to get back to us.

Your best bet is to contact customer services directly and ask for the Full Fibre team. Details and opening hours here:
