I had full fibre installed 2 days ago,
day 1 - it didn’t work, open reach sent another engineer out, still didn’t work
day 2 - had 2 engineers out to check the lines etc, still not working
day 3 - engineer booked to come and look at the line inside the house, still not working. Said open reach was waiting for a number from talk talk.
during this time ive spent 240minutes on the phone.
been cut off three times
passed from department to department,
told I can’t get a engineer till the 4th January!!!
Myself and my fiancé work from home, this is totally unacceptable. Absolute shambles of a service
to top it off I booked to have fibre installed on the 23/10/23
it wasn’t installed until 12/12/23
and it DOES NOT WORK!!
didn’t even want full fibre.
can’t switch back to my old line because they have cut it.
oh and still haven’t received my new router! The worst experience I’ve had of any service ever
will be looking elsewhere the moment they fix my line
