NEED SOME HELP?

Hello,

Just wondering if there is a recommended phone to use this service? I have full fibre and currently use an old phone with the adaptor.

There is no such thing as a VoIP phone really, any recent handset will work as long as it is plugged into either a standalone adapter connected to the router, or directly in the case of recent models such as TalkTalk Hubs which have a direct connector.

There are many phones advertised as voip and would recommend you search for those and make a call (sorry) based on your needs, such as if you need multiple phones, etc.

Unfortunately TalkTalk won't make recommendations for third party equipment but other customers may, but these would be what they use and their needs may not be what you need.
