No VoIP connector Sent Set up Thursday did not work. Worked Friday. Nothing since. Hours with TalkTalk on line. Still no phone. Waited over an hour for contact from them last night.NOTHING. WONDERING ABOUT CANCELLING. APPALLING SERVICE.

I'm sorry to hear this. There was a VOIP issue over the weekend but this was resolved yesterday. Could you try rebooting your eero and digital voice adapter and then retest again please.

I'm having the same issues. No VOIP and unable to make or receive calls. Also spent over an hour waiting for a response on online chat each time and each time, I had to start at the beginning of the line test process again. Terrible service and the issue still hasn't been resolved!!!

Hi, we are all having problems with VoIP at the moment, TT are aware of the problem.

There was an issue with VOIP at the end of last week, @Valerie258.
Staff will be back on here in the morning, Monday, so leave your router on.
They need to identify your account, so go via your avatar; settings, drop down menu....add your Talktalk phone number or account number in Personal Information.
After completing all the details, scroll down to SAVE CHANGES.
