So i have been charged for another EERO so I can get Wi-Fi upstairs in my 2 bedroom house,, albeit with a small discount, like you were doing me a favour, why?
I am reading on this chat form that others are getting them for FREE!
My old service covered my whole house via copper line, I thought I was getting a better service by going FF, this is not acceptable so please put this right else I will be officially putting in an official complaint.
I have been a loyal customer since TT was firstborn, this is disgraceful behaviour in this day and age.
