Hi,I'm once again finding that when I manually select my Wi-Fi  channels the router (Sagecom Hub 2) will  chose to Auto select,this is after I asked for Wi-Fi Optimisation to be turned off a while back but t as now reverted back to Auto for what ever reason,could you please check and turn it off. Thanks in advance ...G

Thanks for your reply. No this shouldn't affect it, only a factory reset would.

I can connect now and I have switched the WIFI optimisation off.

 

Has the router been factory reset recently?

Hi Debbie  Router is on and up and running, Do I have to check anything my end that would prevent you connecting to it in settings
