Fibre upgrade

I received an email saying that my service with talktalk is being upgraded to faster fibre at no charge to me...then I get billed for faster fibre...so looks like I'm told it's an upgrade that's free...then get a bill for it....what on earth is going on ??

I am not sure I understand. A free upgrade means that you will carry on being charged at the same price, is that not what has happened? 

From the 29th of March our TalkTalk Community will move to peer-to-peer support and the TalkTalk team will no longer be here to support with queries.
