I'm currently paying £43 for connection that keeps dropping like 5 times in a certain hour, quite frankly its horse sh*t it keeps happening and i'm not very happy at all. Please check my wire, it is perfectly fine un plugging and resetting every night but there has to be something wrong when i pay for full fibre and my mates have normal, yet they stay online.

I can confirm it is just my computer, I have replaced the ethernet wire to this and even tried a friends motherboard, it is the only wired connection in the house and is the only thing that goes down

I'm sorry to hear that you're experiencing problems with your service. Do all devices lose connection when the connection drops?
