Our full fibre router has worked perfectly for the past two years approximately, but now is having issues with connecting wirelessly to devices; sometimes we're having to restart the router up to four times to get it to play ball. This hasn't been an issue with the wired connections to our desktop machines, so I'm not really sure what the issue is.

Thanks for the swift reply! Our router is a Sagemcom 5364-3T8 I think (assuming I'm looking at the right info on the base of the router), and my account number should be on my account now! 🙂

Which make and model of router do you have? If you would like the support team to look into this for you make sure that your personal details including TalkTalk phone number and/or account number are complete on your community profile (click here) so that they can link your forum identity with your account and then wait for them to respond.
