I logged on to register an imminent change of address, but the site tells me my account is being closed so I can't do that? Why? My payments are up to date, no connection problems etc, been a full fibre customer for just over 1 year!

You can talk on the phone, Arne posted the number earlier. They are open 9:00am to 7:00pm weekdays and 9:00am to 6:00pm on Saturdays.

For a communications company - you offer the worst customer service in christendom. Why cant we simply email each other or talk on the phone? Why do I have to get involved with all this malarkey? Please email me! If you won't help me simply, I'll take my account elsewhere!

Similarly, no personal information or details of phone numbers or account numbers. None of this in the posts on here.
You should complete your community forum profile details for Talktalk staff to check your account information.
Go via your name / avatar image when signed in, settings. Complete Personal Information and add any extra information in Private Notes towards the end of that section.
Scroll down further to SAVE CHANGES.
If staff don't follow up today on here, it will then be after the weekend before progress is made.

You need to call 03451720088 and speak to the homemove team.
Also it looks like you are logging into your old account your full fibre account starts 1014
