my broadband stopped working and as usual it's impossible to contact anyone at talktalk.  yes i have turned it off and on again.

broadband has come back on now and light is now white

no - there a white box on the wall from when i had ultra fibre optic  - there are never any lights on this - then it connects to a white eero box which has one light, which is normally white and is currently red

there arent any lights on the box on the wall but then there never are normally

yes full fibre/fttp.  the light on the eero box is red
