I had some URLs blocked that are stuck on block even when i set them to ’Allow’. Now no sites are listed but the URLs remain inaccessible. Have tried manually re-adding them and toggling between desired accessibility but still cant be reached. Any one have any suggestions?

Also complete your community forum profile details for Talktalk staff to identify your account. Go via your avatar; settings....add your Talktalk phone number or account number in Personal Information. SAVE CHANGES.
Once you have created your own topic, it will be in the queue for attention and staff will respond after the weekend.

Have you tried powering down the router for a full 30 minutes to start a new session?
