I have 3 eero 6 Pro boxes and since approximately September last year I have not received any emails on my mobile, although I do get them on my iPad and PC. So last week my son and I were trying to check again if we could resolve it. After checking various possible causes my son wondered if the eero boxes were blocking emails. After looking in a number of places we came to my profile and content filters and wondered if that maybe the problem, so we deleted my profile and then emails suddenly came through to my mobile in both my email apps gmail and Edison mail
We thought that this was now resolved except that a week later, I noticed the emails were again not coming to my mobile. I suspected that content filters in my profile was the cause although we had deleted my profile. We checked my profile and found that it contained the content filters again, so we deleted the profile and then emails started again.
Would anyone have any advice or another way to resolve my problem.

Hello, I've read through the items on the link the @Ferguson sent me. My mobile is working good at the moment and I've decided that I won't change anything regarding profiles now but will keep the details to hand should the problem recur. I've been searching for some help for 6 months on this problem and so thanks to @Ferguson for his help, much appreciated. @Retired2
