Hi,
I am trying to get an upgrade from fibre 150 50 fibre 500 despite 5 chats and 3 go live dates I'm still on fibre 150. Please can you help. Many thanks.

OK, thanks for that. In which case I don't see how the Full Fibre team cannot help with the upgrade you seek. Unfortunately, you wiill have to persevere with customer services directly as changes of package cannot be arranged by the support team here. Try calling 0345 172 5157.

Can you just confirm that you are on a Full Fibre service, rather than G.fast? And which network supplier are you with i.e. Openreach, City Fibre, or another?

Hi, I contacted the full fibre team, but I'm still on Fibre 150 and getting nowhere fast! I told them I don't need an Engineer or anything installing just switching from 150-500mbps.

I have asked one of TalkTalk's support to pick your thread up and investigate it for you.
They aim to respond within 48 hours (Monday - Friday), excluding Bank Holidays, but if more urgent, you can always try the Service Centre on 0345 172 0088. The posts are responded to in time/date order, oldest first.
