Alright, kindly confirm if you only have broadband with us if yes, please do call in so you can be able to add voice services.

Landline not working. Chat recommend upgrading existing Fibre 65 to voice. Needs new contract (they say) which seems to involve Openreach drilling fo a new Fibre connection.
