no phone line

Do I need a phone line for fibre connection and does this have to go underground (my house is paved all round and I do not want to have to dig this up).  TIA

How does the current phone line come in if u have one u can ask for a BT OPTEc to see how they do it in ur area or check with ur other house on ur road

Which type of fibre service are you referring to? Is it the older fibre to the cabinet and copper cables to the house (FTTC), or Full Fibre, where the fibre terminates in your property?
