How do you report a fault with your broadband connection

@Oddjob7, can you let us know which package you are on and which router you have, so that staff can take a look?

 

If you are on Full Fibre you can contact support on 03451 720074.

 

Fibre to the cabinet packages and ADSL copper only issues can be addressed through forum support. 

 

If it's completely down, report the fault immediately on 03451 720088 as, if it takes more than a few days to resolve, automatic compensation covers complete loss of service faults. The days need to be counted after resolution of the issue.

In my experience it's best to contact the full fibre team by phone they are very good
