I'm looking to upgrade my Future Fibre from 500 to the new 900 at the end of the month but on my account page there is nothing showing on how to upgrade, my area supports to new 900 speeds but I only seem to be able to select that when creating a new order for the property, is it just that simple or my account missing certain features.

They aren't open on Sunday, but if you cannot actually see the button you may need to allow pop-ups and redirects in the permissions settings on your browser, or try a different one.

Thanks for the suggestion but for some reason the Chat Now button doesn't show, maybe because its Sunday? I will check back tomorrow
