I have recently set up Groundstream DVA but not seeing caller identification. Phone was ok in the phone port of WiFi Hub

OK thanks, does everything else appear to be working OK, apart from Caller Display?

Hi Chris
Just upgraded to 150 VoiP and was sent an Eero 6. The Groundstream is attached to the Eero via an ethernet switch - but have tried it without the switch i.e directly in the back pf the Eero and still no caller ID.

Just to confirm, are you using the Grandstream DVA with an eero?
