Having not visited the Community for a while, I have noticed that that the previous TalkTalk support team on the Community appear to have been replaced about 2 months ago.  From the names (Angelique, Amahle, Mandisa, Nambuso, Philile, Siphosethu, Kanye, Nomfezeko, Sabelo) I am assuming the new team is based in South Africa.

 

Did the previous team (Debbie, Arne, Chris, Karl, ...) make any mention of support being moved to a new team (and that they were busy working on their CVs)?

They survived as a UK support team long after all other support was moved offshore, but I guess their demise was likely to happen one day.

@nameunknown, there was a bit of dovetailing in March and April as the new team came on.

 

No public announcement, just Talktalk doing what it thought it needed to do. Lorrainef is still here, overseeing everything, and so are the team of CSs, so there's some continuity.
