1571 messenger service

 I use 1571 as a message service which costs 2p per time.

When I move to UW it says it will cost £3 i don't know if that's monthly or each time I use the service.  I have looked at my account to see if I can remove this but cannot find it anywhere.

@redrose3, yes it seems to be £3 monthly [so a lot more than Talktalk's Voicemail at £1, or the older PAYGO 2p version that you had].

It's called Call minder with Utility Warehouse, so that's the feature that needs removing by them.

We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience caused to you, however the system will not allow me to remove this feature as your services have been migrated to UW. I would advise please contact UW, they should be able to remove this feature for you.
