Call Divert is failing - again!!!

I turned on Call Divert on my landline last Tuesday 2nd May 2023, forwarding calls from my landline to my mobile phone. The next day I tested it, and it worked perfectly.

I am now travelling overseas, where my mobile phone supplier offers me free Roaming, meaning I can make and receive phone calls as if I were still in the UK.

Today I have discovered that if anybody calls my landline, instead of diverting to my mobile, they hear a message saying something like "the number you have called is not recognised."

This is most frustrating. Exactly the same thing happened in February, and at that time I was told it was a fault which affected only a small number of customers.

Can somebody in Tech Support please tell me what is going on, and how it can be fixed.

Does anybody at TalkTalk care that I've paid for Call Divert and it is failing to work???

Michelle, your statement "I've asked the team to confirm if they are aware of any known issues. Is this still happening today?" is not an answer to my problem.

Have you tried phoning my landline yourself to see if you get the same "This number is not recognised" response?
If you do, will you agree that knowing if other people are having the same problem is not satisfactory to me.

It's not likely that this is a general problem, as the same thing happened the last time I used Call Divert (Feb 2023) and has now been happening for more than 2 weeks.

Perhaps I'll switch from TalkTalk to somebody who has a Call Divert service which works?

Disappointed that there is no further response to my problem.

I cannot see here the reply to the question "Is this still happening today?" so let me repeat the answer I thought I sent yesterday:
YES. THE PROBLEM IS STILL HAPPENING.

Why is call diversion failing?

Why are callers being told "This number is not recognised".

Can you fix this so that call divert works (as it did for me for many past years, but now not in February or at present.)
