Call Line Identification (CLI) NOT WORKING

Hi

 

CLI is not working.......I have reviewed past posts on this issue and noted the suggestions which have been tried, and still nothing. My phone accepts CLI presentation so it is not a local fault. 

 

Could someone respond and let me know what can be done to resolve as all I am seeing is "Private Number" on my presentation (not from people who are withholding CLI) for every call.

Good morning,

 

I'm sorry to hear this. Does Caller Display show as active when you log into your My Account? If it does then could you try removing the Caller Display service in your My Account, wait at least 4hrs and then re-add the Caller Display service again please.
