Call boost

Hi

I cancelled my unlimited calls boost last week as I don't normally make enough landline calls to justify it.
I had assumed that as boosts and any extras are paid in advance that this would not take effect until after my next bill which is due around 23 December.
However, I have already started to be charged for my recent calls even though the original boost had been paid one month in advance

Is this correct?

Yes, it's correct.

Just like with the main contract, any changes are applied from that day.

So calls will have been charged correctly since you removed the boost.

There will be an adjustment on your next bill that refunds the cost of the boost, pro rata for the days when it no longer applied, but not refunding the calls you then clocked up, sadly, @sandhurst.
