I have reset the box twice but the phone is still not working I only have the engaged tone I have had nothing but problems since fibre was installed have bought a new phone but now it is not working at all I cannot seem to speak to a human my phone is a pay as u go and is not a smart phone so is costing me to keep on ringing u to get the same automated message
