Can someone please advise. I wish to remove my in-house phone and line as like many people I now use my mobile as my phone number, can I do this on Fibre 65?

Thanks for your interest. I have cancelled my phone service add ons within my Account so hopefully that is job done. My landline phone is now removed. The service I now have is solely broadband and whilst on that subject I am looking out for a full fibre service to complete the job. Openreach state full fibre is available through TalkTalk in my area but TalkTalk are not advertising as such through my Account. Is it possible there is a TalkTalk phone number you can provide so I can discuss my requirements further?

Many Thanks

@Giraffe the landline is not charged separately however if you have add Ons like phone boost we can cancel that for you.

Thanks for your replies. I realise Fibre 65 broadband relies on copper wiring from the street cabinet to my house therefore I think the solution for me pre Full Fibre availability is to do as mandisa1-TT suggests and just disconnect the in-house handset.

Not if your Fibre65 is just fibre to the cabinet, @Giraffe. Your broadband uses the copper line still to the house, so you can't separate it from the landline.

Hi there @Giraffe The package you are on includes line rental, TV and broadband you cannot cancel the landline  (copper). However you can disconnect your telephone handset if you do not use the landline.
