Hi

 

My landline handset has started displaying a “check phone line” message and I have no dial tone. Apparently if someone tries to ring our number it rings and rings but we are unable to hear it or answer it.

Please can you add your name and TalkTalk landline number to your Community Profile, we can then look into this further.

You must add your Talktalk landline number to your community forum profile details, @Fiona 247, for staff to identify your account. 

 

Please go via your avatar/name; settings; launch profile wizard.
