Hello everyone,
My landline was recently faulty and l had no service for one month. It was eventually repaired at the end of March but, since then, caller display has stopped working and just says 'incoming call' when the phone rings. Caller display still shows as an active boost on my account. However, when l try to manage boosts online in my account (to deselect caller display and add it again), none of the links function.
I've had this problem for about ten days and haven't been able to get a solution either via this community (l first posted about the issue a week ago) or by ringing TalkTalk which l've done at least three times so far.
Please can anyone help me resolve this, l really would appreciate it.

Hi Joanne,
I'm really sorry that your last post has been missed. Could you confirm if your Caller Display service is still not working and I will escalate this straight over to our Faults Escalation Team for you.

Hi Arne,
I've retested caller display several times since yesterday when you asked me to and it's still not working. The separate issue of not being able to manage boosts in my account is ongoing too.

Can you retest caller display now, It has been removed and re-added in the last 24 hours.
