I have just received an eero router but it has no connection for my landline phone. How do I connect my phone? Should some sort of adapter have been sent?

But did you specify VOIP with the upgrade, @Debs52 ?
Have you tried using the old router? Was it a Hub 2 or Hub3?
They are more usually sending out HUB 3 (Sagemcom) now.
An Eero would need a digital voice adaptor for using the phone but check on Chat today or call 03451 720074 after 9am Monday to Saturday. There's not a lot that forum staff can do regarding anything connected with Full Fibre issues, so follow up as above rather than waiting for their reply during the week.

Yes, I was already on voip, the old router I had the phone plugged in the back. I upgraded to 500, they sent new router but it has nowhere to plug the phone in to.

You mean for VOIP? Did you order VOIP with the full fibre at the time, @Debs52?
