Crackling on landline

There is persistent crackling on my landline, a test run shows no problem. I have had this problem before and takes a few emails to get it resolved. Very frustrating!!

I'm sorry to hear this and I will take a look now. I've run a test on the line which is clear. Does your main socket have a test socket please?

Helpful to staff if you can complete your community forum profile details. Go via your avatar; settings; Personal Information. 

 

Important to add your landline phone number in there, as this identifies your account. SAVE CHANGES.
