My mum’s landline is extremely crackly and she cannot hear when people phone her. She has bad hearing and wears hearing aids so this is a real problem to her. Her landline is her only way to contact us in any emergency. Can you please help her?

Are you on hand to arrange some rudimentary testing, such as connecting at the test socket?

 

If you would like the support team to look into this for you make sure that you complete your community profile and then scroll down to add your mum's full name, address and TalkTalk number in the Private notes section (click here).
