I have been unable to get incoming calls since I moved to TT on 9/7/2025 I have had 3 engineers at my house each giving different stories. I have now been advised by an engineer that it's probably best to cancel my account and open a new one.

@Judithw62, do you want staff to actually look into the phone fault?
It sounded as though you were wondering about setting up a new service/reorder, which is why I suggested phoning as staff can't set up contracts.
Do you want staff to investigate the technical fault?
Are you managing to use broadband?
Which package are you on?

You'd have to discuss this with the Loyalty team / Better Value / Retentions by phoning 03451 720088 or using Chat, @Judithw62.

Staff on here might be able to advise you about the diagnosis of the phone fault but cannot sort contracts out, and they won't be back on here before Monday.
