We can receive calls on our home phone but cannot dial out.

Turning everything off/on again has fixed the problem. Being in IT you'd think that would have been the first thing I tried!! Thanks fro your help.

Yes please can you try powering down both the ONT and router for 30 minutes and then retest again please. Please let us know how you get on.

Connected to the HUB. Is it worth rebooting the hub? Must admit I hadn't thought of trying that.

Great, thanks for confirming. Are you using the eero with the digital voice adapter (grandstream) or the wifi hub 2 please?

Yes we have a VOIP telephone service. No problem ringing out to a mobile but ringing a landline we just get a single tone. Receiving no problem as far as I know, the last call in from a land line was yesterday morning.
