Removing voicemail from my landline account

Can anyone please advise how I can remove voicemail from my landline account.  It's currently provided as 'standard'.  Many thanks

Hi Sully - did you ever managed to resolve this issue, I am trying to do the same thing.

 I have been on talktalk chat for almost 2 hours - they are ridiculously hopeless. I can not get them to remove the service.

If you can't find any way to remove it in My Account, like for all these anomalies, you can ask directly on Chat or phone 03451 720088 for them to remove it for you. 9am - 7pm.
