How can I add a home phone service? I have Fibre 900

I have Fibre 900. Does TT offer a home phone service? I cannot see any options to add this from my account.

 

What is the monthly cost? Is it via VOIP?

What equipment do I need to have VOIP setup?

 

Do I get the landline through my existing Cityfibre connection? Do I have to plug the phone to one a switch?

How do I contact the loyalty team?

I spoke to a generic TT adviser who did not have the faintest idea.

I'd recommend contacting our Loyalty Team directly as they will be able to confirm if the VOIP service is currently available for you.

Was your Fibre 900 package sold as Data Only? This means it is provided as a broadband only service without a voice service. 

 

Digital Voice (VOIP) is not openly offered as an add-on to a Data Only package. You can take a service from a third party VOIP operator if you wish.
