How do I delete Voicemail Service (not Voicemail Plus)?

Trying to delete/deactivate my Voicemail service - followed all the on-screen instructions but  normal Voicemail not on there, only Voicemail Plus (which is unticked).

Have bought a phone with answering machine with a beep & a flashing signal so I know there's a  message waiting - otherwise I can go days without realising I have a message waiting!  I know the dialling tone is different , but I'm very hard of hearing  & can't tell difference!

Can I just confirm, are you doing this via your My Account? Could you try a different browser please and let us know if this works?
