@WRees, first and foremost, please never post personal information details in the public thread.
I have removed your mother's details for you.
Forum staff are not available before Monday. Normally you need to be a nominated user or have POA to speak on behalf of others, for security reasons.
You will find that the same applies whilst contacting support over the phone or via Chat.
So it will be helpful if you have your mother present whenever you need to contact Talktalk, if these means of proof of ID are not set up.
