As the title says. Interestingly there was an issue last week where someone in my town had their phone lines mixed up. They called openreach to have it fixed, but evidently, they only fixed their phone line and not ours. Can you get them to fix ours now.

Hi tmacman123,

Line test is picking up a disconnection in network so I've raised this to Openreach for further investigation, they may contact you directly if they need to access your home

Having no dial tone is an important piece of information, @tmacman123.

If your phone line had simply been crossed with someone else's, when phoning your number obviously your own phone wouldn't ring.

The fact that there is no dial tone is indicating a different sort of fault.

I don't have a dial town either.

I have no number now because of this. Therefore there is nothing to update.

Dial 17070 from your own landline and put the number read back in Private Notes, towards the end of Personal Information in the profile area, @tmacman123.
