Intermittent Caller ID

On a seemingly random basis my Caller ID seems to stop working. It has only been since renewing contract, but it is the inconsistency that puzzles me. Any ideas

For the last two days, Caller Display is working! Hopefully for good now

Are you able to borrow a telephone from a friend or family member to test with. Or are you able to test your telephone on a friend or family members line?

I'm sorry to hear this. Just before I pass this over, have you also tested with a different handset just to rule this out?

Sorry for the delay, busy! And the email reminders were going to spam.  The lack of Caller Display is now constant and I have tried the suggested turn it off and back on again. Still not working.

I've just run a test on the voice service which is clear. Can I just confirm, have you tried removing the Caller Display service in your My Account and then re-added this again? Have you also tested with a different handset, just to rule it out?

If you connect the phone directly at the test socket is the caller display still not working?
