Land line not working after changing to digital

I have 500 meg broadband with digital landline useing talktalk analog to digital  converter box, I have three phones one having a Answer machine from day one of changeover I have had problems changed interface box which did improve the problems but recently if someone phones sometimes just one phone will ring then they will take turns one ringing then another sometimes none will ring but when you pick the phone up everything seems OK and you can speak and hear one another ok. Has anyone else got problems with the new idea of digital landlines ?

It looks like there is more than 1 phone/phone system, with old style phone sockets.

They did mention a converter box.

@Jimpy2 

You have not mentioned, whether you you use an Eero + Grandstream Digital Voice Adapter,

or WiFi Hub 3. Also, whether your 4 phones are all handsets, wirelessly connected via the 1 DECT base unit.

If the 4 phones are separate units, is the new telephone network wired properly?

Just a question about you stating "with or without a filter:" what do you mean there? Generally you connect a single base unit to the router/DVA, all other handsets should then connect wirelessly without being plugged in to any phone sockets.

Hi Philile,

I contacted Full Fibre department, the information provided from them to be polite was just no help what so ever, so I have got a landline phone set up that doesn't work a app that I can't join but TT still go on selling and saying  that the digital landline works.

Should TT digital landline phone work with any cordless phone that worked perfectly before switching to digital, no matter how I connect them with or without a filter the phones (total of 4 phones on system) will not ring together when a call comes in, surly I'm not the only person with this problem and someone should now the cure. Really do still need a landline
