Landline Fault on My mothers line. She has dementia and I can't find anywhere to report it.

Can somebody please help.

Hi Mark,

 

If you still need assistance with this can you please update your community profile to include your:

 

  • Name
  • Telephone number (landline number with the fault)
  • Alternative contact number
  • Could you also add your Mothers name to the private notes section

We'll then look into this further. Please do not post this information on this thread. Once you've updated your profile please post in your topic to confirm it's updated.

Please add your mother's details in Private Notes, at the end of Personal Information in the profile area.

 

It's important to keep it quite clear which are your details and which are hers, so go via your avatar; settings; drop down menu, then:

 

Select Personal Information.

 

Your own information goes in here. At the end of that section, in Private Notes, add your mother's name, address, account number,  landline phone number (the affected line) and a best fallback number. SAVE CHANGES.
