Landline issues via Grandstream

Just looking for some assistance with an issue we’ve encountered with our home telephone, where we cannot make or receive landline calls! We’re on Full Fibre 150 and pay an additional premium for unlimited landline calls. Calls to and from mobile numbers appear to be okay, but despite numerous resets (both on the Grandstream and Eero) we have had no success!
Could we therefore please request some assistance from Community Agents in order to get the issue resolved as soon as possible.

Just to add, there was a VOIP outage over the weekend which was resolved late yesterday afternoon.

Many thanks for your response Keith, all attempts yesterday failed… but after rebooting the Eero this morning via the mobile app, the issue appears to have been resolved!

Many thanks ferguson, despite powering everything down yesterday the issue persisted… but after rebooting the Eero this morning via the mobile app, the issue appears to have been resolved!

Hi Michelle, many thanks for your response, it would appear that after rebooting the Eero via my app the issue has been resolved! I will of course monitor the situation and get back to you if we have any further problems. Once again, many thanks!😊

Hi, try re-booting your eero according to TT on X they have now got most of VoIP working, I did and my phone is

Just to add to the above: could you try turning off the ONT, eero and Grandstream for a full 30 minutes to clear any existing data? Then switch them back on again in the same order and let us know if that helps.

There was an issue on Friday affecting the Digital Voice service, it did not affect everyone though and I don't know if it has been fixed or not. I have asked one of TalkTalk's support to pick your thread up and get an update for you. If it is fixed & you still cannot make calls, then this will need investigating further.
They aim to respond within 48 hours (Monday - Friday) excluding Bank Holidays, but if more urgent you can always try the Service Centre on 0345 172 0088. The posts are responded to in time/date order, oldest first.
