I have full fibre 150 with a grandstream for VOIP on my landline phone, my landline phones are a Quad set of BT 8610 phones with a Answer Phone on one base unit which is plugged into the Grandstream, the Grandstream is then plugged directly into a eero unit, all worked OK at start but recently when I get a incoming call not all the phones ring sometimes only 2 then at times 3 and on rare occasions all 4 will ring i have swopped the phones over to different base units but it doesn't seem to make any difference, the phones worked perfectly on incoming and outgoing calls before I went onto full fibre.

Hi Michelle, the unit plugged into the dva is the answer machine unit (Main base unit) and yes the problem is the same across all phones / base units after a reset, the dva seems to reset correctly ie within the correct time.

Good morning,
When you reset the Digital Voice Aadapter does it start working again? Does the main phone connected to the DVA experience this too or just the additional handsets?
Thanks
Michelle

That's an interesting question and I'm not sure. Mine supports three, no problem. The fact that your issue seems sporadic is odd.

Yes do understand ferguson that the hand sets have nothing to do with TT but haven't got another set to try and don't understand what could make the phones not to ring, have tried resetting the Grandstream a few times but just get same results, is there a limit how many hand sets the Grandstream can handle?

OK, but I do wonder if the support team can help with third-party equipment such as handsets, let's see what they they have to say.

Is it possible that the connection between the handsets is at fault, maybe some batteries need checking?
