As my 90 year old vunerable Mother has not had a working phone since Talk Talk installed a broadband/phone package over a month ago, and not been able to fix it despite me spending many hours talking to ' Agents' all over the world ,can she get a full refund with no penalties if I cancel the service and go back to her original provider who are hopefully capable of providing a working phone package?

It can't be agreed through forum staff, but point out that you have been chasing up the lack of phone service for over a month.
