Lousy service refund?

As my 90 year old vunerable Mother has not had a working phone since Talk Talk installed a broadband/phone package over a month ago, and not been able to fix it despite me spending many hours talking to  ' Agents' all over the world ,can she get a full refund with no penalties if I cancel the service and go back to her original provider who are hopefully capable of providing a working phone package?

Sorry that your mother has had problems,  Once the fault is resolved the issue will be passed to our auto compensation team to calculate a refund information here

For all aspects of the cancellation process, you'd have to speak to the Loyalty team directly, @N0rma14?.

 

03451 720088 9am - 7pm weekdays, till 6pm Saturday. 

 

It can't be agreed through forum staff, but point out that you have been chasing up the lack of phone service for over a month.
