Have reported a fault on my landline talktalk have notified openreach you would think that talktalk would automatically divert calls to your mobile instead. But they don’t trying t contact them is bloody impossible. Now I’m told by a tech assistant that they are not allowed to do it have to speak direct which won’t be until tomorrow.
