Get help with your TalkTalk landline and calling features.

Up until 10 days ago, my landline was working fine. I was using the TalkTalk supplied Digital Voice Adapter, the Grandstream HT801 Analog Telephone Adapter.
Now when I pick up the phone, it says "device is not registered" and when I try to phone the number using my mobile it goes straight to voicemail.
Anyone offer any suggestions??

Can you try the following with the new DVA:
Plug the DVA (grandstream) into the ONT, wait for the broadband light to come on then perform a pinhole reset of the DVA, this should get the phone light back on within about 5 mins, once that comes on can you change setup back to normal. Please let us know how you get on

Hello. Sorry for not following this up sooner but I was away from home working for the last two weeks so I've only just got around to installing the new DVA.
When I pick up the phone now, there's a dial tone. However, when I try to make a call I just hear a fast beeping sound.
When I try to call the number from my mobile phone, I'm still getting the same message saying "welcome to voicemail."
Edit - I managed to login to the Grandstream HT801 DVA. Are there any settings here I can alter to try and get it to work?

Hello.
Sorry for missing the reply. Yes, if you could send a replacement DVA that would be good. I can send the current one back to you if required.

Morning,
Thanks for trying and I'm sorry to hear this. I think we should send a replacement DVA to rule this out. Would this be ok?

Good morning,
I'm sorry to hear this. Have you tried resetting the digital voice adapter?
Resetting your Digital voice adapter
If your Digital Voice adapter or router has stopped working, we may ask you to reset it to check everything's working as intended. To do this:
Insert a pin or straightened paper clip into the hole labelled “Reset” on your Digital Voice adapter.
Slightly push and hold it in for up to 20 seconds; or until all the lights, apart from the power light, switch off. Once this happens release the reset button.
Factory reset of the device will take a full 15 minutes and you need to wait until the allotted time has passed for the full factory reset to be completed. After 15 minutes, check your Digital Voice adapter device and try to re-test to check if the issue resolved.
Thanks
Michelle
