Our land line phone has been out of action since Monday 6th 2025 .
Spoke yesterday to BOT then a human voice and was told that Openreach working on job and would notified. Any news on getting my phone back up an running please.

If your phone line has complete loss of service, automatic compensation should be awarded after the issue has been resolved.

Add your Talktalk phone number or account number in Personal Information. Go via your avatar; settings; drop down menu....complete Personal Information. SAVE CHANGES.
